Green Real-World Assets (RWA): Bridging Agriculture & Web3

Verified data. Tokenized assets. Real-world impact.

Dimitra is bringing agriculture to the blockchain—transforming crops, carbon credits, and conservation into transparent, investable digital assets. We're changing how global markets interact with farmers, land, and sustainability through blockchain-powered traceability and field-level validation.

What Are Real-World Assets (RWAs)?

Real-World Assets (RWAs) are tangible or measurable assets—such as agricultural output, land use, or environmental services—that generate real economic value. In the context of Dimitra’s RWA program, RWAs include the opportunity to invest directly in sustainable projects, including those focused on carbon, reforestation, and regenerative agriculture. Green RWAs go a step further: they’re designed to generate both ecological and financial returns, making them ideal for ESG-conscious investors and regenerative agriculture initiatives.

With Dimitra, RWA's are backed by:

Our RWA Projects

Dimitra’s RWA strategy is already live across impactful agricultural and environmental initiatives:

In partnership with OMA, Dimitra is scaling sustainable avocado farming across Kenya through our Real-World Asset (RWA) program. Using the Connected Farmer platform, smallholder farmers receive advanced tools to monitor crop quality, optimize yield, and streamline exports. Each avocado seedling is backed by a shareable RWA-NFT, offering investors a stake in long-term agricultural impact. By combining blockchain, remote sensing, and farmer-led practices, this initiative supports financial empowerment, transparency, and traceable avocado production at scale.

Dimitra has partnered with MANTRA, a Layer 1 blockchain designed to tokenize real-world assets (RWAs), to bring agriculture on-chain. The partnership starts with projects in Mexico and Brazil but sets the foundation for global expansion. Through this collaboration, sustainable farming becomes an investable asset class, connecting verified field activity with transparent, high-impact opportunities for investors.

More on the Horizon

We are evaluating projects in 25+ countries to identify those that are viable for RWA investment. Each initiative is designed to be scalable, compliant, and profitable, bridging smallholder success with global sustainability goals.Green RWAs go a step further: they’re designed to generate both ecological and financial returns, making them ideal for ESG-conscious investors and regenerative agriculture initiatives.

What Does This Mean for $DMTR and Investors?

Real-World Assets unlock a new category of tokenized, impact-driven finance rooted in agricultural productivity and verified climate data.

Here’s how $DMTR fits in:

Icon

Utility-Driven Demand:

RWAs require platform use, generating transactional activity that drives $DMTR demand.

Icon

Buybacks

Even when services are paid in fiat, a portion is used to buy back $DMTR.

Icon

Access Gateway

Future investment tools and dashboards will integrate $DMTR as a key utility layer.

Icon

Token Holder Benefits

$DMTR holders will gain access to exclusive participation terms and early opportunities.

Icon

ESG Exposure

Investors gain access to high-integrity, traceable projects with measurable environmental and economic impact, not just speculative growth.

RWAs don’t just bring farmers to Web3: they bring Web3 to reality. And $DMTR is at the center of that transformation.

Disclaimer: All agricultural and environmental projects carry inherent risks. Factors such as weather, climate events, pests, disease, or infrastructure limitations may impact productivity, timelines, and revenue generation. While Dimitra’s platforms offer data visibility and ongoing project updates, returns are not guaranteed. Tokenized RWAs should be considered long-term, impact-oriented opportunities. Please refer to each project’s whitepaper for full disclaimers and risk disclosures.
