We are seeking a dynamic and organized Language Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is instrumental in ensuring that our content reaches diverse regional audiences by coordinating translation efforts and managing distribution across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, project management abilities, and a keen understanding of cultural nuances to effectively engage with our global audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to gather content for social media campaigns, including posts, graphics, videos, and other promotional materials.
• Identify content suitable for translation and localization based on target regions and audience demographics.
• Coordinate with in-house and external translators to ensure timely and accurate translation of content into multiple languages.
• Provide clear instructions and context to translators to maintain consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
• Work closely with translators and cultural consultants to ensure that translated content resonates with local audiences and adheres to cultural sensitivities.
• Adapt messaging, visuals, and tone to suit the preferences and customs of different regions while maintaining brand identity.
• Develop and execute distribution strategies to maximize the reach and impact of translated content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Monitor platform-specific trends and engagement metrics to optimize content performance and audience engagement.
• Engage with regional social media communities to foster relationships, address inquiries, and gather feedback on content effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop culturally relevant campaigns and initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, and conversion metrics for translated content.
• Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of language-specific social media efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Linguistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, content coordination, or language services.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity to nuances in language and communication styles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
