Are you an experienced Software Development Project Manager with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget? Dimitra.io, a leading agricultural technology company, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team on an hourly contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and document project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.

• Execute projects within budget and under aggressive schedule constraints.

• Lead design, development, and test teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Establish project goals and deliverables, ensuring they are clearly communicated to team members and stakeholders.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members through online meetings during Eastern Time Zone business hours.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose effective solutions.

• Utilize Agile Methodology to manage project timelines, tasks, and resources efficiently.

• Serve as a Business Analyst when necessary, conducting requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Ability for occasional international travel.

• Availability for online meetings during Eastern Time Zone hours.

• Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is beneficial.

• Proven experience as a Software Development Project Manager, successfully delivering projects within budget and on schedule.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, particularly Agile.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience as a Business Analyst is highly desirable.

Contract Details:

• Contract start date: On or around July 1, 2023.

• Hourly contract basis.

• Remote work opportunity.
